• Instagram Account Information: When you connect via Meta / Instagram OAuth, we access your public profile (username, display name, biography, profile photo), media posts, and professional creator insights (engagement rates, follower counts, and reach metrics).
• Account & Portfolio Data: Customization choices (template preferences, theme colors, rate cards, contact emails, and showcase arrangements).
• Brand Inquiries: Contact information, campaign budgets, and messages submitted by brands or collaborators through your public portfolio.
• Analytics & Usage: Aggregated, non-personally identifiable page views, referring domains, and media kit downloads to power creator analytics.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data solely for the following purposes:

• To automatically generate and update your creator website on [username].portfoly.site.
• To construct verified media kits and calculate engagement rates.
• To deliver brand partnership inquiries directly to your designated email.
• We NEVER sell, rent, or monetize your personal or Instagram account data to third-party advertisers or data brokers.

3. Meta / Instagram API Data Compliance

Portfoly strictly adheres to the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

We request only read-only permissions (such as instagram_basic and instagram_manage_insights) necessary to display your portfolio and media kit. We never publish content or message users on your behalf without explicit action.

4. Data Deletion & Revocation Requests

You maintain complete ownership of your data. You may disconnect Portfoly or request immediate deletion of all stored data at any time:

• Instant Disconnect: Go to your Instagram account > Settings > Apps and Websites, and click Remove next to Portfoly. Our automated webhook will deauthorize your account.
• Data Deletion Request: Send an email to support@portfoly.site with your Instagram handle, or use our automated data deletion endpoint. All stored profile data and media caches will be permanently deleted within 48 hours.
